Welcome to Vibe3 — an AI-powered platform that helps users build, test, and deploy onchain applications on Base and other supported networks. By accessing or using Vibe3 (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • Vibe3 provides AI-assisted developer tools and interfaces to help users create onchain apps ("Apps").
  • You are responsible for the Apps you create, deploy, or share.
  • You agree to use Vibe3 only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and network rules.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

  • Vibe3 is a software platform, not a financial or investment service.
  • Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • We do not host or facilitate token sales, trading, or yield products.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Users may generate, deploy, or publish smart contracts or code using Vibe3.
  • Vibe3 does not review, audit, or verify user-generated Apps.
  • You assume all responsibility for the content and behavior of any Apps you create or deploy using the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and software related to Vibe3 are the property of Vibe3, Inc.
  • You retain ownership of any original code or content you create using the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vibe3 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe3, Inc. and its affiliates disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Smart contract errors or vulnerabilities
  • Network downtime or Base blockchain failures
  • Loss of digital assets, data, or reputation arising from use of the Platform

6. Third-Party Services

  • Vibe3 integrates with external services such as Base and other blockchain networks.
  • These are governed by their own terms, which you agree to comply with when using the Platform.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of Vibe3 after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
